Eligibility
The Blueprint Residential referral program is open to individuals who refer new property owners seeking residential property management services. There is no requirement to be an existing client to participate.
Qualified Referral Definition
A qualified referral is defined as a property owner who:
- Is not currently an active client of Blueprint Residential
- Has not previously contacted or been in communication with Blueprint Residential
- Is the direct result of the referring party’s submission
- Owns a residential rental property that aligns with Blueprint Residential’s service offerings
Blueprint Residential reserves the right to determine referral eligibility at its sole discretion.
Referral Submission Requirements
To qualify, referrals must be submitted through the official referral form on this page prior to any direct contact between the referred individual and Blueprint Residential.
Incomplete or duplicate submissions may not be eligible for the referral reward.
Reward Qualification
The $1,000 referral reward will be issued only after:
- The referred property owner signs a property management agreement with Blueprint Residential
- The agreement becomes active and the property is successfully onboarded
Referrals that do not result in a signed and active management agreement will not qualify for payment.
Payment Terms
Referral rewards are issued after the referred client’s agreement is finalized and active.
Blueprint Residential will coordinate payment directly with the referring individual. Payment timing may vary depending on onboarding timelines.
No Limit on Referrals
There is no limit to the number of referrals an individual may submit. Each qualified referral that results in a signed and active client is eligible for a $1,000 reward.
Exclusions
Referral rewards will not be issued for:
- Self-referrals
- Referrals that are already in communication with Blueprint Residential
- Referrals that do not meet property or service criteria
- Duplicate submissions (reward will be issued to the first verified submission only)
Program Modifications
Blueprint Residential reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect rewards already earned for qualified referrals in progress.
Independent Relationship
Participation in the referral program does not create any partnership, employment, or agency relationship with Blueprint Residential.
Right to Refuse Service
Blueprint Residential reserves the right to decline any referred client that does not align with its service offerings, operational capacity, or business standards.
